The Denise of chez took the last week off - beat! Even though I LOVE to cook and especially for L., and it completely relaxes me, I took the week off! Back at it before we head out for holiday! Tonight I made a simple Spaghetti Squash with a butter/olive oil sauce made with shallots, garlic, capers, peppers and lemon. Light and fulfilling!
