Crawfish ... YUM!

We have been in Lake Tahoe for a couple weeks now and I finally had a minute to post something that we actually cooked & ate. My sweet little friends M & E (they are 6 and 4)and I caught these crawfish off of the pier next to the house - it was so much fun!!! Afterwards, we decided to make them into a small appetizer, so we boiled up some water with salt, tossed them in, cooked them (or gave them a bubblebath as E. pointed out) then served them up with Lemon Butter - YUMMY!
